Boston Training Week #2

January 6-12

M - AM 6 PM strength work, 4 on treadmill

T - 8. The sub-zero day; cut it a little short. New layering PR.

W - 14 with Patrick and Matty

Th - AM 8 PM strength work

F - 12 with Capitol Hill Distance Project

S - 19 with Tex, Liam, Charlie, and Patrick. We did a 15-mile road loop, starting at BCC High School, that has lots of good hills. Then I added on four miles through Coach Jerry's neighborhood. Rain slowed us down a bit right as we started to get rolling - but this was a solid, steady run.

S - 10 easy on the towpath
